Hentairock.com complies with applicable copyright law.  If you find that your copyright has been infringed, please report by emailing us at admin@hentairock.com  Please make sure to include all the information below in the email for it to get processed properly.  A properly filed take-down notice needs the following information to be valid. You are hereby made aware that if any of the legally required information is missing or invalid, we cannot be legally considered to have actual knowledge of copyright infringement.  We also do not hold any responsibility for any of the contents, since everything on the site is posted by anonymous users.  We’ll be happy to assist and take down what’s yours if told.

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

You may send the specified email address in the form of a DMCA Takedown Notice if you wish, as it contains sufficient provisions. Normally we respond within the same day, but please allow one week in case there is no qualified staff available to process your claim.  Please note that sending an email to us means that you are well informed of our take down procedures.  Furthermore, please be aware that all copyright claims are made under perjury of law, and false claims may be prosecuted.

Website Usage Agreement

Prior to accessing or using this website (the “SITE”, “WE” or “US”), you, the website user (“You”) must agree to ALL of the conditions in these Terms of Use which hereby form a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between You and Us.  We strive to uphold the ideals of freedom of speech on this website. However, to stay within the confines of applicable law and generally accepted moral limits, there are certain rules you must obey with content.

A. Age of Majority

B. No Child Pornography
You understand that all models appearing on this SITE are, and were at the time of all recorded images, at least 18 years of age, and that our SITE contains no child pornography. Even the characters shown are all 18 years of age or older, and shouldn’t be misinterpreted.

C. Upload
By uploading contents on this site, you automatically agree that all items that you post will be owned by the website’s admin. If we find the item to be offensive, we have the rights to take it down at any time without notice.  If you want the content that you’ve posted taken down, please write a formal notice to admin@hentairock.com in order for it to process.  But remember, we will have the final say in the content that you post.

 

The Service may offer forum, videos, gallery and review areas.  By using the website services, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years of age and older.  Please use your best judgment, and be respectful of other individuals using these Forums and other web services. Do not use vulgar, abusive or hateful language. Uploading copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind on the Service without the express permission of the owner of that material is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Any information you disclose when posting a message in the website may become public. You should not include any information in your posting that you do not want other parties to see or use and you hereby agree that you will not hold Hentairock responsible for any third party’s use of information contained in whatever you upload/post. To maintain a positive, creative environment in which Users may share and display Materials, we ask that you only use the Service in a manner acceptable by us.  If you have any dispute, please exit the website immediately, because you’ll be violating our regulation.  By not exiting, you are agreeing that we will not be held liable for anything that can happen to you or anyone on this website.
